planr provides an AI-powered planning assistant. You agree to use it responsibly. You must not use planr to generate, plan, or promote content that is sexually explicit, graphically violent, promotes self-harm or harm to others, incites hatred or discrimination, or violates any applicable law.
You agree not to: Attempt to prompt-inject, jailbreak, or otherwise manipulate the AI to bypass safety restrictions. Misuse the service to scrape, spam, or reverse-engineer the application. Attempt to abuse message limits through automated or scripted means. Use planr for any illegal activity under applicable law.
planr imposes fair-use limits on AI messages per billing period. Attempting to circumvent these limits through multiple accounts or automated scripts may result in account suspension.
The plans and content you create with planr belong to you. The planr application, its code, design, and branding are the property of planr. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the planr service or its components.
planr is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the AI-generated plans will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs. planr and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including for misuse of the AI, abuse of message limits, or any activity that compromises the integrity or security of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of planr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
